Job Title: Commission-Only Sales Representative

Job Description:

VIE Media, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, is seeking highly motivated, results-driven commission-only sales representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, setting appointments, and conducting digital audits to help potential clients improve their online presence. This position includes short, medium, and long-term sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through cold calling and other outreach methods
  • Set appointments with decision-makers at prospective client businesses
  • Conduct digital audits and present findings to potential clients
  • Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (PipeDrive) and call system (Kixie)
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to persuade and overcome objections
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a commission-only role
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a commission-only position with a competitive commission structure. There is no base salary or hourly pay. VIE Media offers progressive benefits, including:
