Job Description:

VIE Media, a leading digital marketing agency, is looking for a creative and experienced WordPress Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing visually appealing and highly functional websites using WordPress and its popular page builders such as Gutenberg, Divi, and Elementor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles and experience in creating custom themes and plugins.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement websites for clients using WordPress.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications.
• Work with Gutenberg, Divi, and Elementor page builders to create responsive and visually appealing site layouts.
• Ensure website functionality and perform troubleshooting and updates.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate web design with backend technologies.
• Conduct website performance tests and provide design feedback.
• Maintain and enhance websites by adding new features and improving the user interface.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices in web design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficient in WordPress, including themes and plugins customization.
• Experience with page builders such as Gutenberg, Divi, and Elementor.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web standards and usability.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
